Some tips for your success

Hi friends,

Hope you have read my previous two posts.

In the previous two posts I provided you with a number of questions.(for essay and for the speaking section)

These questions can help you get enough practice to boost your scores in the essay portion and the first two speaking questions in the speaking section portion.

In this post I would like to give you some tips to success.

Talking about my experience . I got a very good score in the essay part. The truth was that I didn't even write one essay for practice. So,you might wonder how I got such a score without any practice .Believe me, It's possible.

The plan was, I had the list of questions which I have already posted in this blog. I looked at all of these questions. For each questions I made 3 specific examples and remembered so that in the real test if the same question comes, I can simply recall it and exaggerate it. This tactic is helpful both in the writing and in the speaking part.

At first , copy these questions and take out printouts. Then sit at a quite place and look at eeach and every questions with examples.

Now after you have done that one thing is left. Only knowing what to write is not sufficient. You should also know how to write.

You should know the structure of the essay.

For structuring your essay.Follow the traditional format.

That is

State your preference .

Example 1

Example 2

Example 3

Conclusion.

Lastly, do not forget to use transitions such as (not only.....but also, however, although,so,first, second, third, consequently,to sum up, finally, lastly, Similarly.....) while writing the esssay. They help you get better scores.

Bye.
